This is a good suggestion. I would like the booster to give you much better sig strength than any of the mods currently available. Stats need to be worked out but for now the idea to balance/counter ECM without it being a direct nerf is welcome.

agreed, leave the cerb docked, make your mistakes in a caracal for example. faction wars, will give you plenty of war targets, with plenty of people in the same situation as you.
